Live Control
In this part of the Dev Console you can see all your devices' live status. The data refreshes every 10 seconds and it's a useful tool for quickly checking if everything is working ok.
It's pretty self explanatory how to use but for your refference here are few more titbits of info.
Clicking on the device from the list will open the control pannel where you can interact live with that device.
The Live Control section of the Dev Console is not intended for everyday interaction with your devices, it's more for testing and fine tuning things.

If you click a button or send a command from the Interactive pannel it will be instantly executed, including:

The command will be send to the device -
Any Actions will be checked and executed -
The event will be sent to Alexa (if enabled) and any routines in the Alexa app that expect this event will also be triggered
